ADMISSION PROCESS

Admission Procedure

Parents are requested to carefully read the prospectus before filling out the admission form and submit the completed application to the Admission In-charge on or before the prescribed date.

Documents Required at the Time of Application

âœ“ Passport/Card-size recent colour photograph of the child.

âœ“ Certified copies of school reports of the last three years (if applicable).

âœ“ Certified copy of Birth Certificate.

âœ“ Proof of Residence (Photocopy).

Incomplete applications will not be accepted. Submission of application form does not guarantee admission.

Documents Required After Admission Confirmation

âœ“ One recent photograph each of Child, Father and Mother.

âœ“ Three recent passport-size colour photographs of the child.

âœ“ Original School Leaving Certificate.

âœ“ Education Officer attestation in case of Inter-State Transfer.

Age Eligibility Criteria

Class	Minimum Age
Play Group	2 Years
Nursery	3 Years
Junior KG	4 Years
Senior KG	5 Years

The Principal reserves the right to take decisions in cases involving slight variations in age eligibility.

Admission Policy

First Come First Served

Admissions are granted strictly on a first come, first served basis subject to seat availability.

Sibling Preference

Preference is given to siblings of students already studying in the school.

Waiting List

Applications may be placed on the waiting list if seats are unavailable.

Management Decision

Admission is granted solely at the discretion of the school management.

Class Size

To ensure personalized attention and quality learning, student strength is restricted to:

20 â€“ 25 Students Per Class

Once a class reaches its maximum capacity, admissions will be closed for that class.
